Challenge/Problem
Donors received a physical “arts card” with perks and ticket discounts that were not being utilized. Moreover, regional arts and culture venues & organizations lacked a unified event platform.
Approach/Solution
By investigating donor behavior and understanding their motivations, I led the development of mobile app and website that featured a user-friendly event database and a digital arts card. From there, I developed and executed an omnichannel marketing campaign to foster user adoption.
