Yoga & Mindfullness

I’m a part-time yoga instructor who teaches yoga for primarily non-yoga people. In 2012, I earned a 200-hour teaching certification at the Atmayaan Yoga Academy in Mysore, India. Currently, I substitute teach and lead private classes for individuals and businesses.

My practice is rooted in Hatha Vinyasa. And if you don’t know what that is - that’s ok. I design classes that connect body to mind with breath for students of all experience levels.
